Why there is no cookie banner

Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, LSSI) only requires consent for cookies and similar techniques that are not necessary for the service you request. Remembering the website theme is a preference you choose yourself, so there is no need to ask your permission to store it.
