Communities and businesses

A community of owners, a property manager, an estate agent or a company do not need the same as a private client. They have many doors, many people coming and going and someone to answer to. This family covers the services we have designed for them, although several of them are also requested by people who have just one home.

Lock maintenance

On the urbanisations along the coast, the locks on communal entrances, pools, bin rooms and garages take a lot of punishment: constant use, sun and salty sea air. When one breaks in August, with the urbanisation full, it is everyone’s problem. With lock maintenance they are checked, cleaned and lubricated in good time, and whatever is about to fail is replaced.

Garage remotes

We copy garage remote controls for residents and businesses. With a photo of the front and back of the remote we tell you whether it is compatible. We do not cut keys or install or repair garage doors.

Lock change after a court-ordered eviction

When a court carries out an eviction and the owner recovers the home or the premises, the lock has to be changed at that moment. We do it for owners, institutions, court representatives (procuradores) and property managers. We explain it in lock change after a court-ordered eviction.

Report for the insurance company

If your door has been forced, the insurance company usually asks for someone to record what state the lock was in. We produce a forced lock report with what we see and what we have replaced, and photos of the condition in which we found it.

Keys for lots of people

For communities and businesses we also set up master key systems: each resident or employee opens their own doors and a master key opens the communal areas. It is in the lock cylinders family.

What we do not do

We do not install access control, video entry systems or door entry release systems.

How we work with you

A fixed quote before we start, also for repeat jobs or several homes. If the job changes when we arrive, we let you know and do not carry on without your agreement. Send us on WhatsApp photos of the doors, the address of the building and what you need, and we will reply.
