How we work

We like people to know where they stand. That is why we always work the same way, whether it is a door slammed shut at three in the morning or changing all the locks for a community of owners.

A photo is worth a lot

The quickest way is to send us a photo on WhatsApp. With a picture of the cylinder, the edge of the door or the shutter we can see the type of lock, whether anything is broken and what parts are needed. That way we can give you the quote before we set off and bring what is needed. If you cannot take photos, you tell us about it and we ask you whatever we need. In request a quote you will see which photos help most.

The quote is fixed

The price is given before we start and it is what you pay. It can happen that when we arrive, or when we take the lock apart, something turns up that could not be seen in the photo: a part broken inside, a frame that will not hold. In that case we stop, explain it to you and you decide. We do not carry on unless you agree.

Before opening, we check

If the job is opening a door, we first check that the person asking has the right to go in. When you call we explain how to prove it. It is what protects your home when you are not there.

When we finish

We check with you that everything opens, locks and turns as it should, hand you the new keys if there are any and explain what we have done. You pay by card, Bizum or cash, whichever suits you best. We stand behind the work and the parts; it is explained in guarantee.
