Towns where we work

We work in Torrevieja and in the towns and villages of the Vega Baja del Segura, 24 hours a day, every day. Each town has its own page, and in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa so do the urbanisations, because a flat in the town centre is not the same as a bungalow on an urbanisation with a communal entrance, or a country house inland.

The coast

In Torrevieja and its urbanisations, in Orihuela Costa, Guardamar del Segura and Pilar de la Horadada, most of what we see are flats, apartments, bungalows and townhouses. Many are holiday homes that stay closed for months, and many owners live outside Spain. Two things matter most here: the salty sea air, which ruins cylinders and locks near the sea, and the security of empty homes, above all those on the ground floor. For those homes we have shutter security, our own system.

Inland

In Rojales, San Miguel de Salinas, Los Montesinos, San Fulgencio, Algorfa, Benijófar and the farming villages of the huerta, such as Almoradí, Formentera del Segura, Benejúzar, Catral, Daya Nueva, Daya Vieja, Dolores and Jacarilla, you find a bit of everything: old town centres with village houses and old doors, urbanisations with many foreign residents, and country houses. In the village houses there are still lever locks that are worth converting to a euro cylinder, and wooden doors that benefit from reinforcement.

How we look after you

Wherever you are within our area, the quote is fixed and we give it to you before we start. The quickest way is to send us a photo on WhatsApp, in your language, with the town or urbanisation where you are. If your town is not on the list, ask us anyway.
