Locksmith in El Torrejón (Torrevieja)

El Torrejón is in the northern part of the Torrevieja municipality, about three and a half kilometres from the centre, around Torre del Moro and Cabo Cervera. In the Town Hall’s planning records it is a large residential enclave of forty-four hectares, managed in development zones, and it also has two planning agreements: El Torrejón and Calas del Torrejón.

Low-rise houses with plots

The rules for the area set residential plots of at least four hundred square metres and houses of two storeys at most, set back from the boundaries. In other words, an area of low-rise homes on their own plots, not blocks. Beyond that, we do not have reliable information about who lives here, so we are not going to tell you what we do not know.

What suits this kind of house

Gates

On a house with a plot, the first door is the gate. It is out in the open, near the sea, and the salt wears out the strike plates and cylinders on the gate. We repair or replace them, and if you are locked out we open without damage whenever possible.

One key for the whole house

Gate, main door, terrace, back room, garage. With keyed-alike cylinders we fit cylinders that all open with the same key, and you stop hunting through the bunch.

Front door locks

On a detached house, the main door has to hold. If yours locks at just one point or the lock is worn, we will suggest a lock change with several locking points.

Shutters

On single or two-storey houses, we reinforce shutters so they cannot be lifted or bent, with a steel T-profile under the bottom slat and bolts locked into the wall. Have a look at shutter reinforcement.
