What data we process

This website has no forms that store data and no user areas. We only process the data you give us when you call us or message us on WhatsApp: your name, your number, the address where the work has to be done, the photos you send us and what you tell us about the problem.

The form on the quote and contact pages does not send anything to this website: it only prepares a message and opens WhatsApp on your phone or your computer. It is you who decides whether to send it.

What we use it for

• To deal with your enquiry and give you a quote.
• To do the work, charge for it and issue the invoice.
• To check, before a door opening, that the person asking for it has the right to go in.

The legal basis is your request and the service relationship it creates (article 6.1.b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR (Reglamento (UE) 2016/679, general de protección de datos, RGPD)) and, for the invoice, compliance with legal obligations (article 6.1.c).

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with you and, afterwards, for the period required by tax and accounting obligations. Messages that do not lead to a job are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Who it is shared with

With nobody, except where required by law (for example, the Spanish Tax Agency or a court). When you message us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by an external company with its own privacy terms. If one day any of these providers processes data outside the European Union, it is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by messaging us on WhatsApp or by writing to the address given above. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
