About us

We are locksmiths from Torrevieja. Spanish, born and bred here, and we have been working for 15 years in the town and in the villages of the Vega Baja. We know the urbanisations, the communal entrances, the bungalows on the coast and the village houses inland because they are what we see every week.

Direct service

When you message or call us, you speak to the locksmith, not to a call centre that passes the job on to whoever is free. We do not work with middlemen. The person who gives you the quote is the same person who does the job, and that avoids surprises: what is agreed on WhatsApp is what gets done at your door.

How we see the trade

A locksmith comes into your home, handles your door and sometimes knows better than anyone how it locks. That is why trust comes first. Before opening any door we check that the person asking has the right to go in. We give a fixed quote before we start and, if the job changes when we arrive, we say so and do not carry on without your agreement. If something can be repaired instead of replaced, we tell you.

We answer 24 hours a day, every day. People from many countries live in Torrevieja, and many homes belong to owners who are away for a good part of the year. You can message us on WhatsApp in your language, send photos and get the quote without needing to be here.

What we do and what we do not

We are locksmiths of the traditional kind: door openings, cylinders, locks, door reinforcement, shop shutters and services for communities. We also have our own system of shutter security.
