A fixed quote is one that sets in advance what you will pay for a job, with everything included, and does not change at the end unless you agree to a change. It is the opposite of an estimate, which only gives you an idea.

For locksmith work it is the best way to avoid misunderstandings, above all in emergencies, when you are in a hurry and have little room to compare.

That is how we work: we give you a fixed quote before we start. The quickest way is to send us a photo of the door and the lock on WhatsApp. If, once we check on site, we see the job is different, we tell you and do not carry on until you are happy.
