What happens if the price changes during the job?

If something different from what was expected turns up when we take things apart, we stop, show you and give you the new quote. We do not carry on unless you agree.

It can happen. From the photo it looked like the cylinder and, when it comes out, you can see the lock inside is broken. Or the screws on the backplate are so rusted by the salty air that more parts need changing than expected.

At that point you have options:

What we never do is keep working and present you at the end with an amount different from the one you accepted. The price you pay is the one you approved beforehand.

We explain it step by step in how we work.
