Do you give invoices?

Yes, we always give an invoice, showing the work done, the materials fitted and the amount.

The invoice is not just another piece of paper. It is useful for:

• Keeping a record of which cylinder or lock was fitted, in case one day you need an identical part.
• Handing it to your insurer, if the work was due to a burglary or an attempted burglary.
• Accounting for the expense, if you are a company, self-employed or a community of owners.
• Making a complaint if something does not work as it should.

If you need it in the name of a company or a community, send us the tax details beforehand. If you live outside Spain, we send it to you digitally.

You pay by card, Bizum (the Spanish mobile payment system) or cash. More information in quote.
