Talking about money before we start avoids upsets. In this group we answer how we give the quote, what it includes, what happens at night or on bank holidays, how you pay and whether we give an invoice.

The idea is simple: we give you a fixed quote before we start. The quickest way is to send us a photo on WhatsApp. If the job changes once we see it on site, we tell you and do not carry on unless you agree. You pay by card, Bizum (the Spanish mobile payment system) or cash and we give you an invoice.

You will also find tips for spotting an unclear price and knowing what to ask before you accept any locksmith. Whenever you are ready, ask for your quote with a photo of the problem.

Do you give me the price before you start?

Yes, always. We give you a fixed quote before we start; with a photo on WhatsApp you have it sooner. If the job changes on site, we tell you and you decide. Read the full answer

Anything that would be charged in that case we tell you before setting off, not afterwards. And if the photo already shows it is not our kind of work, we say so and do not go. Read the full answer
