What is the call-out charge and when is it charged?

The call-out charge is the cost of getting to where you are: the locksmith’s time and vehicle. With us it is part of the fixed quote we give you before we start.

In other words, we do not give you a price for the job and then add the call-out on top. What we tell you is what you pay, also if you are in a town in the Vega Baja and not in the centre of Torrevieja.

Always ask about this when you ask any locksmith for a price:

• Whether the price you are given includes the call-out.
• Whether it changes at night or on bank holidays.
• Whether materials are extra.

And if there is anything that would be charged even if the job could not be done in the end, we tell you before setting off, never afterwards. You can ask for your quote with a photo.
