Yes, always. Before touching anything we give you a fixed quote with what we are going to do and what it costs.

The quickest way is to send us a photo on WhatsApp of the lock, the door or the shutter. With the photo we can identify the part and give you the quote before setting off.

If we arrive and see that the job is different, for example the cylinder is not the problem and what has failed is the lock inside, we show you, give you the new quote and do not carry on unless you agree.

What we do not do is start and tell you the price at the end. With any professional, ask for the price before they start: you have the right to know it.
