Requesting a quote is simple: you send us a photo on WhatsApp, tell us what you need and we tell you what work is required and what it will cost. The quote is fixed. You can write to us in your language.

Which photos help most

A good photo saves us questions and lets us come with exactly the right parts. Depending on the job:

• Cylinder: one photo from the front, from outside, and another of the edge of the door where the lock can be seen. If you want to measure it, use the cylinder size calculator.
• Lock: the edge of the door with the lock faceplate, and the whole door, inside and outside.
• Door that rubs or will not close: the whole door and the spot where it rubs or where the latch does not go in.
• Shutter: the shutter lowered, seen from outside, and the bottom part where it rests. That way we can tell you whether shutter security can be fitted.
• Roller shutter door: the whole shutter, the lock and, if it catches, a short video.

Take the photos in good light and close up, so that the brand can be read if there is one.

What else we need to know

Tell us which town or urbanisation you are in, whether it is a home, a shop or a communal area, and whether it is urgent or can wait. If it is a door opening, bear in mind that before opening we check that the person asking has the right to go in; we explain how when we speak to you.

What happens next

With that information we give you a fixed quote. If it suits you, we arrange a time. If, when we arrive or take things apart, something turns up that is different from what could be seen in the photo, we stop, explain it to you and do not carry on unless you agree. When we finish you pay by card, Bizum or cash.
