Do you charge if the job cannot be done in the end?

Anything that would be charged in that case we tell you before setting off, together with the quote. You do not find out afterwards.

To keep it from happening as far as possible, we try to know beforehand whether the job can be done:

• With a photo on WhatsApp we identify the lock, the cylinder or the shutter.
• If the photo shows it is something we do not do, such as a shutter motor, a safe or an electronic lock, we tell you and do not waste your time.
• If a special part is needed, we let you know and bring it with us.

It can happen that, when we arrive, something is missing that does not depend on us, for example nobody being able to show they have the right to enter the property. In that case we do not open, and you know that from the start.
