And on a Sunday or a bank holiday?

The same as at night: we work on Sundays and bank holidays, and the fixed quote we give you before we start already takes that day into account.

There are no supplements that turn up later on the invoice. If a bank holiday costs differently from a Tuesday morning, you will see it in the quote and you decide.

In summer, at Easter and over long weekends Torrevieja fills up, and that is when we get the most call-outs. If you have a lock that is starting to fail and you are coming on holiday, get it checked before the busy dates and you will save yourself a bank holiday call-out.

• Ask for the total price before they start.
• Ask whether it includes materials and the call-out.
• Ask for an invoice.
