Here are the questions we get most often when someone is stuck outside: a door slammed shut, keys left inside, a key snapped in the lock or a person locked in.

They are useful if you are standing in front of a door that will not open right now and want to know what to expect, and also if you would rather have it clear before it happens. We explain when a door can be opened without breaking anything, what we need before we open a home, how we work on urbanisations and in holiday homes, and what we do not do.

We work 24 hours a day, every day, in Torrevieja and the Vega Baja, with a fixed quote before we start. If you are in a hurry, go straight to emergencies or to door opening.
