The most useful thing is not to touch the lock and to wait somewhere comfortable and safe. Trying to force it usually makes things worse.
While we are on our way, you can do this:
- Send us a photo of the door and the lock on WhatsApp, with the exact address including the entrance, block or bungalow number.
- Think about whether anyone has another key: a relative, a neighbour, the agency or whoever looks after the house.
- If it is dark, wait somewhere with light, in the entrance hall or at a neighbour’s.
- Keep the way to the door clear, especially on urbanisations with a gate.
If there is a child, an elderly person or something cooking on the hob inside, call 112 as well.
You will find every emergency case in emergencies.
