Can I send a photo of the lock on WhatsApp?

Yes, and it is the quickest way for us to help you. With a photo we can see which lock and which cylinder you have, give you the fixed quote before we go and bring what is needed.

To make the photo useful:

• Take one close up of the lock from the outside, with the keyhole clearly visible.
• Take another of the whole door, so we can see if it is a security door, wood, aluminium or uPVC.
• If the key is broken inside or something has been forced, a close up of that part.
• Write the address and tell us in a few words what has happened.
