Yes. We work 24 hours a day, every day, and that includes Sundays, bank holidays, Christmas and each town’s local fiestas. A door does not choose when to slam shut.

Whatever the time, we work the same way: you tell us what is happening, ideally with a photo on WhatsApp, and we give you the fixed quote before we start. If we find when we arrive that the job is different from how it looked, we tell you and do not carry on unless you are happy. No surprises at the end.

In the small hours the urgent thing is to open the door and leave the house properly locked. If something else is needed that is not urgent, we talk it over and, if you prefer, leave it for another day. You will find every case in emergencies.
