Yes. We open garage and storeroom doors when you have lost the key, it has broken inside or the lock will not work. And if needed, we change the lock or the cylinder so it is secure again.

In Torrevieja many blocks and urbanisations have their storerooms in the basement or on the ground floor, and it is normal not to find that key on the day you need it, because it is hardly ever used. If the storeroom is in a communal area, tell us how to get to it and whether there is another door to go through first.
