Do you give me the quote in writing?

Yes. We give it to you in writing, on WhatsApp, with the work we are going to do, the part we are fitting and the total amount.

Having it in writing gives peace of mind, especially if you do not speak Spanish or if you live abroad and someone else is going to be at the house: everyone knows what has been agreed.

The quote is fixed. If we arrive and see that the job changes, we tell you, send you the new quote and do not carry on without your agreement.

To give it to you we need:

• Photos of the lock, the door or the shutter.
• The address or the urbanisation.
• What you want done, or what has happened.
