The photos that help us most:

• The edge of the door, with the door open, where you can see the faceplate of the lock.
• The cylinder from outside, straight on.
• The key, both sides.
• The whole door, so we can see the type of door and frame.

If it is a shutter, the whole shutter and a close-up of the bottom slat.

Tips: good light, no direct flash on the metal and nicely in focus. If you have a tape measure, a photo showing the measurement helps a lot.
