Locksmith in Lomas del Mar (Torrevieja)

Lomas del Mar is an urbanisation in the Torrevieja municipality, located in the northern part, in the band of urbanisations stretching from the old town towards La Mata, about four kilometres from the centre. In the municipal plan it has a development plan approved in 1968 and two later planning agreements, Lomas del Mar I and II, which shows it has been extended in stages.

What kind of homes there are

The planning record distinguishes low, medium and high-density zones, so it is not an urbanisation with just one type of house: there are low-rise homes and apartment buildings. We do not have reliable information to tell you more about who lives here, but in this part of north Torrevieja there are plenty of both year-round residents and holiday homes.

Jobs we can do for you

Cylinder change

If you have just bought, rented or lost a set of keys, lock cylinder replacement in Torrevieja is the quick solution. Send us a photo of the cylinder and we will tell you which one fits your door.

Worn locks

In older houses it is normal to find locks that no longer close properly, that you have to push or that only lock at one point. We repair them or carry out a complete lock change if they cannot be fixed.

Ground-floor shutters

On homes with windows onto the street or garden, we reinforce shutters so they cannot be lifted or bent, with a steel T-profile under the bottom slat and bolts at each end that lock into the wall. From a photo we can tell whether yours can be reinforced. You will find it under shutter reinforcement.

Lockouts

A door slammed shut, a broken key or a lock that will not turn: we open at any hour, without damage when the lock allows it.

How we work
