Locksmith in El Limonar (Torrevieja)

El Limonar is in the west of Torrevieja, about four kilometres from the centre, between La Siesta and the Laguna Rosa, which is very close by. It is considered part of the El Chaparral area. In the municipal plan it appears in parts: one enclave and several sectors bearing the name El Limonar, a sign that it has been filled in over the years.

A peaceful area

The style of housing is very similar to La Siesta: low-rise bungalows and townhouses, nearly always with a communal pool, and the odd house on its own plot. The difference is that El Limonar is smaller and quieter, which makes it especially popular with retired people looking for peace close to town. The beach is a few kilometres away, by car.

What we are asked for in El Limonar

Keys that will not turn after months away

Some owners spend half the season in their home country. When they come back, the lock has not moved for months and the key will not go in or will not turn. Before forcing it, read what we explain under the key will not turn. Forcing it usually ends with the key snapped inside.

High-security cylinders

Many houses still have the original cylinder. If you live alone or are often away, fitting high-security cylinders that resist snapping and bumping is a simple upgrade that gives you real peace of mind.

Ground-floor shutters

In bungalows and low-rise houses, every window is within easy reach. We reinforce shutters so they cannot be lifted or bent, with a steel T-profile under the bottom slat and bolts that lock into the wall. If you are going away for a while, shutter reinforcement for second homes is just what you need.
