Locksmith in Aguas Nuevas (Torrevieja)

Aguas Nuevas lies in the northern part of the Torrevieja municipality, about three kilometres from the town centre, inland from the coast and close to Cabo Cervera. In the Town Hall’s records it is covered by two development plans, Aguas Nuevas I and II, and in practice it is a large group of urbanisations, one of the most sought-after places to live in the town.

Bungalows, villas and gated complexes

This is an area of low-rise housing. There are plenty of two-bedroom ground-floor and upper-floor bungalows inside complexes with a communal pool and gardens, villas on their own plots and recently built gated urbanisations. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and a family feel, with young couples and families with children as well as holiday home owners.

The jobs we do most in Aguas Nuevas

Several doors, one key

In a bungalow or a villa with a front gate, main door, terrace door and storeroom, the keys soon pile up. With keyed-alike cylinders we fit cylinders that all open with the same key. It is one of the things we are asked for most on the urbanisations.

Ground-floor shutters

In the lower bungalows, with a garden and windows at ground level, the shutter is the first line of defence. We reinforce shutters so they cannot be lifted or bent: a steel T-profile under the bottom slat and bolts at each end that lock into the wall. You can read more under shutter reinforcement in Torrevieja.

Complex doors

The pedestrian gate to the urbanisation, the door to the pool room or the one to the communal garage wear out with use. We work with community presidents and administrators, and we also carry out garage and storeroom opening when the key is lost or the lock fails.
