Los Altos is at the southern tip of the Torrevieja municipality, about four kilometres from the centre, in the strip between Los Balcones and Punta Prima. Part of the area already belongs to Orihuela Costa, and people often talk about the two as if they were one. It has its own sector in Torrevieja’s planning.

An urbanisation from the early 2000s

A good part of Los Altos was built at the start of the 2000s, and that shapes the type of home: ground-floor and upper-floor bungalows, townhouses and complexes with a communal pool and gardens. From some houses you can walk to Punta Prima beach, and the services in Los Balcones are close by.

Ground-floor bungalows
