Locksmith in La Rosaleda (Torrevieja)

La Rosaleda is in the northern part of Torrevieja, about two kilometres from the centre, next to Los Frutales; in fact, property portals often advertise the two areas together. In the Town Hall’s planning records it appears as a fairly large enclave of urban land for residential use, with buildings of up to three storeys, and it also has its own planning agreement.

What we know and what we do not

From that information we know it is a residential area of low or medium-rise buildings. We have not found reliable information about which type of home is most common or about who lives here, so we would rather not tell you anything that has not been checked. In neighbouring Los Frutales there is a mix of flats, bungalows and houses, and you will probably find something similar, but tell us what you have and we will advise you.
