Locksmith in Benejúzar

Benejúzar is an inland town in the Vega Baja, at the foot of the sierra that bears its name. The river Segura crosses its municipal area from west to east, and it borders Orihuela, Almoradí, Algorfa and Jacarilla. The INE gives it around 5,800 inhabitants. From Torrevieja it is about thirty kilometres, through the interior of the district.

A town of everyday life

Benejúzar is not a town of seasonal urbanisations but one of residents who live here all year round. Its economy has relied on citrus fruit, above all orange and lemon trees, and on construction, which accounts for many of the town’s businesses. That shows in the type of homes and in what we are asked for.

What we are asked for most here

A new lock cylinder when you move into a new home

If you move into a newly built or newly renovated home, bear in mind that during the works the key has passed through the builder, the tradesmen and sometimes the estate agent. The advisable thing is to fit a new lock cylinder, with keys that only you hold, as soon as you take possession. We explain it under lock cylinder replacement.

Old locks on family homes

In the village houses passed down from parents to children there are many big-key locks and doors that have lost their fit. They can be replaced with locks that take a European-profile cylinder while keeping the door, or the whole lock can be replaced when it is very worn. See lock replacement to find out which option suits your door.

Door opening

You are locked out with the key inside, the key snaps or the lock will not turn. We open without causing damage when the lock allows it, and before anything else we tell you how we are going to do it. You will find more information under door opening.

Shutters on ground floors

In ground floor flats and houses that open straight onto the street, the shutter is the weak point. With shutter reinforcement we reinforce shutters so they cannot be lifted or bent: a steel T-profile under the bottom slat and bolts that lock into the wall. A photo on WhatsApp is all we need to tell you whether it can be done.

Country houses and storehouses

Between the farmland and the sierra there are more remote homes and storehouses that go for days without anyone coming near. A padlock or an old-fashioned lock on a sheet metal door does not hold out for long. For these places we suggest security bolts, better locks for metal doors or reinforcement for wooden doors, depending on what you have. Send us a few photos and we will tell you what makes sense.

How we work

Before we start, we give you a fixed quote. The quickest way is to send a photo on WhatsApp. If, when we arrive, we see the job is different, we explain it to you and do not carry on until you are happy. You can pay by card, Bizum or cash. And before opening any door, we check that the person asking has the right to enter.

T-profile shutter security

We reinforce roller shutters so they cannot be lifted or bent.
