Doña Pepa is one of the urbanisations that make up Ciudad Quesada, in the municipality of Rojales. It is known as a villa area: detached houses on plots of different sizes, wide tree-lined avenues and a well-kept layout. What defines Doña Pepa is the detached family home. There are single-storey villas with a solarium, two-storey houses and new builds with a private pool, most with three to five bedrooms.
