Locksmith in La Zenia (Orihuela Costa)

La Zenia is a small urbanisation in Orihuela Costa, about ten kilometres from the centre of Torrevieja along the N-332. It covers little ground and has almost no building plots left, but it is one of the liveliest areas on the whole Orihuela coast, largely thanks to Zenia Boulevard, the big shopping centre that acts as a meeting point for all the surrounding urbanisations.

Coves, villas and low-rise apartments

On the coast it has two small Blue Flag beaches: La Zenia beach, also called Cala Bosque, with fine sand and a gentle entry into the water, and Cala Cerrada.

Along the sea there are plenty of one or two-storey villas and houses on their own plot. As you move away from the coast, townhouses and low-rise apartment complexes appear, with a communal pool and landscaped areas. The population is very international: long-standing locals are a minority compared with families who have arrived from half of Europe, and some of the homes are let by the week or by the month.
