It is the easiest way if you do not speak Spanish or if you prefer to have everything in writing. On WhatsApp you can also send us photos and videos of the lock, the door or the shutter, so we understand the problem with no confusion over vocabulary.

What is worth sending us:

• A photo of the problem and, if it is a lock, another of the edge of the door.
• The address or the urbanisation.
• Whether it is urgent or can wait.
