How do I get the invoice if I live outside Spain?

We send it to you digitally, so you have it even if you have already gone back home.

So that it comes out correct first time, give us before the job:

• Your full name, exactly as it appears on your document.
• Your NIE (the Spanish foreigner identity number) or your passport or identity document number.
• Your address.
• Whether the invoice should be made out to another person or a company.

The invoice sets out the work done, the materials and the amount. It serves as proof, for your insurer and, if someone manages your property, so they have a record of what has been done.

You pay by card, Bizum (the Spanish mobile payment system) or cash. You can ask for your quote on WhatsApp from wherever you are.
