How much does it cost to fit a security lock?

It depends on the door and the lock you choose, so we do not give a general figure: we give you a fixed quote before we start.

What matters most:

• The type of lock. A single point lock is not the same as a multipoint lock or an extra deadbolt.
• The door. Wood, security door, aluminium or uPVC, and whether it needs adapting.
• The cylinder. Basic, anti-bump, anti-snap or high security.
• Extras such as an escutcheon or a reinforced strike plate.

Send us on WhatsApp a photo of the door from the outside and another of the edge with the lock, and tell us what you are after. We suggest options and give you the quote. If anything changes when we arrive, we let you know before carrying on. You can pay by card, Bizum or cash. Ask for it on quote.
