Can you check my home before I arrive?

Yes, as long as someone you have authorised gives us access or hands us the key.

It is especially useful in homes that have been shut for months, where the salty air and lack of use take their toll. What is checked:

• That the key goes in and turns smoothly, and the cylinder has not seized.
• That the door closes without rubbing and the deadbolts engage.
• That the shutters go up and down, and that there are no signs anyone has tried to force them.
• The terrace doors and the back door.

We tell you on WhatsApp what we have seen. If anything needs fixing, we give you a fixed quote and touch nothing without your agreement.
