How much does it cost to change a lock cylinder?

It depends on the cylinder you choose and on your door, so we do not give a general figure: we give you a fixed quote before we start.

What matters most:

• The security level. A basic cylinder is not the same as an anti-bump, anti-snap or high security one with a key registration card.
• The size. The usual sizes are easy; unusual or very long ones change things.
• The door. Wood, security door, aluminium or uPVC.
• Whether it comes with an escutcheon or some adjustment to the lock.
