Yes. We work for communities of owners in Torrevieja and the Vega Baja, both apartment buildings and urbanisations with communal areas.

What we are asked for most:

The work can be ordered by the president, the property manager or whoever the community appoints. We give you a fixed quote before we start and the invoice is made out to the community.

What we do not do is video door entry systems, access control or garage door motors: if the fault lies there, we will tell you so you can call the right people. There is more in communities of owners.
