Do you work at court-ordered evictions?

Yes. We work at court-ordered evictions, known in Spain as lanzamientos: when the court hands over possession of the home or the premises, we change the lock there and then so it is secured.

It is usually arranged by the owner, their lawyer, their court representative (procurador) or the owning institution. The date and time of the court proceeding are agreed, and we are there to do the work when the court officials say so.

What we do:

What we do not do is change the lock before the eviction or on a tenant who is still living there. Our work starts once possession is yours.

We give you a fixed quote before the day. We explain it in lock change after an eviction.
